What is included in the Essential plan?
The Essential plan covers standard laundry service including washing and folding for everyday garments up to 5kg. It does not include dry cleaning or specialized fabric treatment, which are part of our Signature Care plan.
How is pricing calculated for bulk or business orders?
Business Wholesale pricing is based on order volume, garment type, and pickup frequency. We provide a custom quote after reviewing your requirements, so hotels, salons, and other businesses only pay for what they actually need.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
If a garment is not cleaned to the expected standard due to an error on our part, we will re-clean it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of pickup so we can address the issue promptly.
Are delicate fabrics charged differently?
Yes, delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, and embellished garments require specialized handling and are included under our Signature Care plan, which reflects the additional time and care needed for proper fabric protection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on pickup and delivery as well as bank transfer for business accounts. Monthly invoicing is available for Business Wholesale clients with recurring orders.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can choose a different plan for each order depending on your garment needs. There is no long-term commitment required for our Essential or Signature Care plans.
